For travellers who want the days paced properly, and for anyone who wants a human to check what the AI wrote. You tell me your dates, your hotel and how far you like to walk; I plan your three days around you, verify every opening time for your dates, and send it back within 48 hours.
I plan; you book, with the links I give you. Drafted with AI, checked by me. Full refund any time before I start work.
Where I plan: most of Europe and the UK, Mexico, the United States, and much of Asia and Latin America. I don't plan trips to places with serious safety concerns (much of Africa and the Middle East, Russia, North Korea). I've walked Barcelona, Paris, London, Edinburgh, Dublin, Prague, Istanbul, Salzburg, Regensburg, the Berchtesgaden area, Mexico City, Amsterdam, Copenhagen and Lisbon myself, and those plans include my own notes from being there; for everywhere else, I research it properly and tell you plainly what I checked.
Every plan gives you the links and phone numbers to reserve restaurants, tickets, tours and transport yourself, directly with the provider. I never make bookings, hold reservations or take payment for travel, and I'm not a travel agent.

I love going somewhere I've never been. Working out a new city, turning down a street just to see where it leads, finding the museum nobody mentioned: I thrive on it. Most of my trips have been solo, from Paris, London and Lisbon to Istanbul and Mexico City, so I know how to land somewhere new, find my feet fast and stay safe while having a great time.
The one thing solo travel can't give you is someone to share it with: someone across the table at dinner, someone to laugh with when the day goes sideways, someone to nudge and say "look at that."
So I'm considering joining one or two travellers at a time as a travel companion. I'd do the homework before we go, plan the days with you, and keep things moving on the ground, so you can look up at the buildings instead of down at your phone. I'm in good shape and happy to walk all day and keep exploring until you're ready to stop. And after 25 years working in healthcare, in some of the most demanding and dangerous settings a healthcare professional can work in, I'm usually the calm one when plans fall apart. If we end up somewhere that makes you feel nervous or unsafe, I'll be feeling right at home. (Two small limits: I don't swim where sharks might be hanging out, and I don't crawl into tight caves. Anything that might stop me getting home in one piece, I'll cheer you on from outside.)
Because it would mean time away from my job in healthcare, it would start from $650 a day, with a three-day minimum, plus my flights, hotel and meals.
It isn't available yet. If it's something you'd want, tell me; it's how I'll decide whether to offer it.
A one-minute form. Nothing to pay and nothing booked.
I work in healthcare, which means I spend my working days thinking about how far people can comfortably walk, when they need to sit down, and what happens when the day runs long. I've carried that into the way I travel, and into every plan I write.
I've walked Barcelona, Paris, London, Edinburgh, Dublin, Prague, Istanbul, Salzburg, Regensburg, the Berchtesgaden area, Mexico City, Amsterdam, Copenhagen and Lisbon. I draft each plan with AI, because it's a fast way to lay out a day, and then I do the part the AI can't: I check every opening time against the official site, measure the walks, cut what doesn't fit, and, where I've been, add the things I only know because I was there. Where I haven't, I say so, and the homework is done all the more carefully.
If you already have a plan from an app, a guidebook or one of my city guides, start with Check or tailor my itinerary for $45. If you only have a few questions, ask them by email for $35. If you're starting from nothing, the Paced 3-Day Plan is the one. Email [email protected] with anything else.
A city, a kind of trip, a tool you keep looking for. Tell me; the ideas people ask for most are the ones I build next.
Most of Europe and the UK, Mexico, the United States, and much of Asia and Latin America. I've been to Barcelona, Paris, London, Edinburgh, Dublin, Prague, Istanbul, Salzburg, Regensburg, the Berchtesgaden area, Mexico City, Amsterdam, Copenhagen and Lisbon, so those plans carry my own on-the-ground notes. For other places I haven't visited, I research everything against official sources and say so in the plan, so you always know what comes from experience and what comes from careful homework. I don't plan trips to destinations with serious safety concerns (much of Africa and the Middle East, Russia, North Korea). Not sure? Email me before you order.
No. I plan; you book. I tell you exactly what to book, where and when, with the links and phone numbers, and you make every booking yourself, directly with the museum, the railway, the restaurant or the tour company, on their terms. I never make bookings, hold reservations or take payment for travel, and I'm not a travel agent.
By email, at [email protected]. You fill in a short form after ordering, your plan arrives by email, and any questions go back and forth by email. There are no calls, so you can write whenever suits you.
The Paced Plan and the Pre-Cruise Package arrive within 48 hours of your form; the Concierge Plan, Check or tailor my itinerary ($45) and Questions by email within 24 hours; a personalised gift edition within 48 hours. During a Concierge trip, I reply to your emails within 24 hours, usually much sooner. The clock starts when the form arrives, not at checkout. If I'm travelling myself, the page will say so and the times will be longer.
About ten minutes on a form: dates, where you're staying (or your ship), who's travelling, how far you like to walk at a stretch, any stairs or step-free needs, what you're into, food you must have or can't have, and anything you've already booked. The more honest you are about pace, the better the plan.
Drafted with it, checked by me. AI is good at laying out a day and bad at knowing that the museum is closed on Tuesdays or that the "10-minute walk" is uphill with 80 steps. I verify every hour, route and closure against official sources on the day I send it, and, where I've been, I add what I learned on the ground.
I plan for pace, rest and step-free routes where I know them, and I'll flag what I couldn't confirm. I'm not an accessibility assessor and the plan isn't a certification; for specific access needs, I'll tell you where to check with the venue directly.
Tell me and I'll fix it: one round of changes is included (two on Concierge). I check hours and prices against official sources on the day I send the plan, and I note where I couldn't confirm something, but venues do change their hours, so the plan asks you to confirm before you go.
No. Health notes on the intake form are used only to pace your days and choose routes; I never give medical advice. For safety, the plan sticks to well-visited areas and asks you to check your own government's travel advice before you go.
Full refund any time before I start work on your plan. Once the draft is delivered, there's no refund, but every plan includes a round of changes (two on Concierge) within 7 days, and I'll always fix a mistake that's mine.
Yes. Order the plan, put the traveller's email on the form (or your own, and forward it), and add the printed edition if you'd like something to hand over. Or give one of my city guides as a personalised gift edition ($25), with their name, travel dates and your message on the cover.
