Plain terms for the guides and the planning services sold on constantxplorer.com. If something here is unclear, email [email protected] before you buy.

What you're buying

• Information and planning only. constantXplorer sells information: downloadable city guides, and personal planning services (itinerary checks and tailoring, paced plans, questions answered by email, and personalised gift editions). We do not book, reserve, sell or arrange travel, accommodation, tickets, tours or transport, we do not hold deposits, and we never take payment for travel.
• You book directly. Plans give you the links and phone numbers to book things yourself. You book directly with each provider (the hotel, museum, railway, restaurant or tour company), on that provider's own terms and conditions, and your agreement for those services is with them, not with us.
• Not a travel agent. constantXplorer is not a travel agent, tour operator or seller of travel.

Details change

• Opening hours, prices, timetables, availability and other details from third parties change, sometimes without notice. Plans are checked against official sources as of the date they are sent; you are responsible for confirming details with the provider before you book or travel. Plans describe places as they were when checked; the customer confirms details before booking or travelling.
• We are not responsible for services provided by third parties, including their changes, cancellations, quality or safety.

Not medical, legal, visa or safety advice

• Nothing on this site or in any guide or plan is medical, legal, visa, immigration or safety advice. Pacing and rest suggestions are general planning choices, not clinical recommendations; talk to your own doctor about your health and travel.
• Before you go, check your government's official travel advisories and the entry requirements (passports, visas, health rules) for every country on your trip.

How plans are made

• Plans and guides are drafted with AI tools and then checked by Jeremy against official sources (venue websites, transport operators, ticket sellers). AI-assisted, human-checked.

Turnaround, refunds and revisions

• Stated turnaround times begin when your completed intake form (or your questions) arrives, not at checkout. Reply and delivery times are targets measured from receipt of your intake form or questions.
• Planning services: a full refund is available any time before work starts. Once the draft is delivered, there is no refund.
• Revisions are as stated for each product: one round of changes within 7 days on a plan (two rounds on the Concierge Plan), one round of follow-up questions on Questions by email, and corrections to names, dates or message on a personalised gift edition. Mistakes that are ours are fixed at no charge.
• Guides: digital downloads are refundable within 7 days if a guide doesn't match its description.

How we communicate

• All communication is by email, at [email protected]. There are no phone or video calls.
• Reply times, including the Concierge Plan's reply within 24 hours during your trip, are targets we work hard to meet, not guarantees. Email is not an emergency service; in an emergency, contact local emergency services.

Liability

• You travel at your own risk. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for anything arising from a guide, plan or service is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Where the planning services are available

• Personal planning services are not currently available to residents of Washington State.

Your information

Intake forms are used only to make your plan and are not sold or shared. Testimonials are published only with your permission.
